Credentials OneView connects to OpenAI Ads using your Pixel ID and Conversions API key from the conversions tab in Ads Manager.To access this integration, you’ll need an OpenAI Ads (ChatGPT Ads) account with a web Pixel.

Troubleshooting

Disconnecting will stop OneView from sending conversions to your OpenAI Ads account.

You need to disconnect on both ends:

  1. From OneView: Navigate to Ad Accounts settings and disconnect your OpenAI Ads account.
  2. From OpenAI Ads: In Ads Manager, rotate or delete the Conversions API key used by OneView so it can no longer send events.
